WHERE ARE YOUR SHOES MADE?
Our shoes are hand made in China.
DO YOUR SHOES FIT TRUE TO SIZE?
Generally yes! We get very few returns due to sizing. If you normally wear say a 7.5 then you should order that size. Please note however we can not guarantee fitting. Everyone's feet are different!
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship to the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec).
Shipping is $15 to the continental US, $20 to Canada and $25 to Hawaii & Alaska. Pls contact us for a quote if shipping to NWT, Nunavut or YT.
Free shipping will apply to orders over $350.
Please note that our shoes ship from the USA this means that for all Canadian orders, the receiver is responsible for any duties and taxes that may be charged upon delivery. Click here to get an approximate cost.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
We do our best to ship out within 1-2 business days.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY SHOES?
Transit time varies depending on your location. You can check the respective courier website for approximate transit times.
US orders are generally shipped via UPS and leave from our NY warehouse.
Canadian orders are generally shipped via USPS and leave from our NY warehouse.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is processed. However, it may take a few hours to appear in the UPS or USPS tracking system. You may check the status of your order at any time by clicking on the tracking link included in the email.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We process our orders within 1-2 business days, sometimes same day. If you need to cancel for any reason, please use our chat, call 1.800.561.1158 (9am - 4pm Eastern time) or email firstname.lastname@example.org right away.
If we can stop the order, we will issue a full refund.
If the order is already in the shipping stage, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel. You will have to wait to receive the order and will then have to initiate a return.
WHEN IS NEW PRODUCT LISTED?
Most styles or color combinations are new or updated twice a year. We receive new stock around March for our Spring/Summer collections and around September for our Fall/Winter collections. We will occasionally have interim styles added. The best way to keep up to date with latest additions is by joining our mailing list, click here. This way, you will be notified of new arrivals, stock refills, promotions and sales.
WHAT IF THE SHOES I WANT ARE NOT IN STOCK?
Unfortunately, most of the time, when you don't see your size or color it's because the item is sold out. We do occasionally have fill in stock so feel free to email us with the style name and color you're inquiring about or sign up to our mailing list to receive stock refill notifications, click here. Alternately, you can visit the site often to check on your own. We can also provide you with a list of local retailers that may be carrying the item.
I SAW A PAIR OF YOUR SHOES IN A LOCAL SHOP BUT DON'T SEE THEM ONLINE?
We don't carry the full collection online and so it is normal that retailers will have more variety or custom ordered items. If your local retailer didn't have the size you needed, please email us with the style name and color you are looking for and we will gladly send you a list of alternate retailers you can try.
