REFUNDS

We accept returns on all regular priced items 30 days from the date of receipt.  We do not offer refunds on Discounted/Clearance items.

 

Shoes must be unworn and in the same condition they were received. 

 

ALL packaging (shoe inserts, tissue paper, plastic bags) and shoe bag must be included. or a 15% repackaging fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Please note the following:

  • a 15% restocking charge will apply on all returns;

  • original shipping charges are not refundable;

  • Canadian customers will have to deal directly with CBSA in order to have taxes and duties refunded.  Please click here for instructions.

 

You must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization and return shipping is at your expense.  We highly recommend using a service with tracking as we are not responsible for lost items.  We can not issue a refund if an item is not received at our warehouse.

 

Upon receipt of your return at our warehouse, the shoes will be inspected and your refund (excluding original shipping charge) will be issued to the same card used for payment. Please note it may take 5-10 business days for credits to be posted by your bank.

EXCHANGES

All regular priced items may be exchanged for any other item. 

Discounted (promo code/sale)  can be exchanged for a different size.  Clearance items and any items over 50% off are FINAL SALE.

You have two options but must contact us for the RA# regardless of which you choose:

1- Initiate a return and upon receipt we will ship out your exchange.  You must advise us which shoe/color/size you want so that it may be reserved for you;

2- Initiate a return and simply place a new order online (we will ship the exchange at no cost to you).
